Now I'd like to pay attention to several questions which sometimes cause misunderstanding. I addressed some of them already but I feel it is better to repeat it once again.

1. Do you charge any fees for my bank wire deposits?

Please note that we do not impose any fees for incoming deposits. We credit your account with the exact amount we received. Remember, that in some cases your bank can charge you a fee for sending the wire, so we receive 30 or 50 dollars less. But in any case - you see in your account the exact amount we get.
I must say that we are working to make bank wire method of funding as comfortable for you as possible, since approximately 80% of the total deposit amount is by wire.
Remember that direct bank wire eliminates third party payment systems fees, and in general turns out to be the cheapest way to deposit with us and get profits.

2. Can I have several accounts with you?

Yes. We have no problems with that. Naturally you have to use different emails in different accounts.

3. You do not trade on week-ends, so why do you pay profits on week-ends?

We average our trading profits over all seven days of the week, and pay them each day out to you. The daily trading interest posted in our News section is averaged over all seven days too. So, on average, we get some 3.00% daily and pay our investors up to 2.5%.

4. When are you going to have Alertpay?

Alertpay changed the verification procedure for business accounts, so it took us some time to resubmit the documents. Besides they are quite slow with the procedures. But the decision is made, we are going to have Alertpay along with Strictpay and Solidtruspay.

At the moment we are working on our website upgrade so I'll make it shorter than usual today :) Please check back later for the new design of our home page. Besides we substantially improved our accounting software.

#24 : News from Aballong

Aballong is closing finally the second pool at Midnight GMT today, we got many requests to keep it open, we also got many requests to keep at least some reinvestment option open. Honestly, this is all tempting, as of course it is always nice to see how the site grows and we specially like when people are getting happily paid day by day. As you remember we started with only weekly payments, this was much more comfortable for Martin, as we always have delays in getting money between bookies and our own accounts. This was also the reason why we closed the pool. Now many people ask us if this was just a Marketing Strategy, and we need to admit, it helped us getting the first pool very quick full. The second pool took much longer.

Now Martin and I was talking about the reinvestment option. But we are telling us it just makes more work for us, since we did transfer the money back for payments, and if you just reinvested the money from the account balance we actually had fees for transferring the money and need to transfer it back to the bookies. So Martin and I come up with a much better option for everyone who still likes to invest with us, or like to reinvest there earnings. 

We like to call and invite you to join our Premium Option for active investors, actually there are two options, let me explain what they do for you and how you can profit from them. Also let me explain why this option allows us to make you a great profit and does make our life easier.

Premium Option One:
We allow reinvestment and fresh investments in this option at any time, since we do have the time to invest your money and request the payments with our bookies, so this option is open without any pool at any time for every active investor who invested in our standard daily plan. Martin will place this new or redeposit in a Monthly opportunity where you will receive a fixed Monthly return of 40% for 3 Months, and we will return your Principal investment after additional 14 days this means you receive 40% every 30 days for 3 Months = 120% and 14 days after you receive your initial payment back. A Grand Total of 220% is here paid to you within 104 days. The Minimum to Invest in this Premium Option is $100

Premium Option Two:
We allow reinvesting and fresh investing to everyone, even to the freshly invited people, but remember we do not open the site for public, so they need to contact us with their information and your Aballong Number to start the registration process. We will also only allow fresh people when other leaves or receive their full payments already and did not reinvest within 7 days. The Premium Two is a plan what pays every 14 days, the Minimum, here is $250 and Martin archive 15% every 14 days for you for a total of 3 Months, what brings you to 90% and your initial deposit will be returned 15 days after the last payment, so you receive a Grand Total of 190% within 104 days

We can offer these options without a pool as we have time to transfer money between our ecurrencies and the bookies. 

Now before there are questions, or misunderstandings, the Pool One and Pool Two are paying as advertised, and you receive your daily interests, there is no change for all your active investments. But these two pools are closed! So you cannot invest anymore in our Daily Arbitration Pool, but you can invest in a 14 day and a monthly option.

Please be also advised we will not change your investment from the daily Pool to one of the Premium Packages.

#23 : Aballong News

We were having some connection errors yesterday, and I want to
apologize if you have had problems to access and request your
earnings, the site is fully functioning again, and the host aware
us on a maintenance going on until Tuesday. During this time, it
can come to slow connections, if you have trouble accession our
page just wait a few minutes and try again. At the moment, all
works fine and very fast, but if it is slow for a while you know
now the reason. Martin and I got many support requests because of
the really long time of downtime yesterday. As I explained it is a
maintenance on hushhosting, you read about on there website. Martin
and I extend the time of accepting investments until Thursday
Midnight GMT to give everyone the change to be a full upgraded
member. We will surely close and delete every empty account at this
time, so please do not send us moire request to give more time,
there is a 4-day gap, and we believe within 4 days everyone can
upgrade in time.

As we announced in the beginning of aballong, we want to have just a number of investors, we actually have a much larger number as we targeted, but in our believing it is still an amount of subscribers we can easily handle. At the same time we do not want much more. Therefor we will close aballong for signups on Monday 12.04.2010, everyone who has friends or anyone to join, please tell them to do this before we remove the signup option. We will also start to remove every account what not invested starting on Wednesday 14.04.2010, please make sure you have invested before this date or Martin, and I will remove your account. Everyone who invested with will have the option after we close our second pool to reinvest or withdraw their earnings. We will also have a very small pool during the football world cup in south africa, but we might only open this pool for selected Investors, who are here with a greater number of invested money. #20 : PTVPartner Withdraws Are Open Again

Withdraws have been re-enabled.
Re-invests have been re-enabled
Auto-Reinvest has been re-enabled

We do still have some issues. And we like to solicit your participation in the solution.

Because we had to use a backup copy to restore the site, there are still some doubles posted in accounts. In order to solve this problem we are manually verifying each withdraw request. Withdraw requests that have a double posted in their account will be paid...IF.... the balance in their withdraw account is sufficient to debit the overpayment. If not, then the requested withdraw will be cancelled and the overpayment removed.

Withdraw requests that, have a double payment posted in their account, also had or has a auto reinvest or a manual reinvest then the withdraw request will be paid and the reinvest will be cancelled and the adjustment will be made.

The simplest solution for us, is if you will simply leave the over payment in your withdraw account and we will debit it. Please create a support ticket ONLY IF you see an uncorrected double payment in your account. Please make the Subject of the support ticket ... Double Payment.

As you can imagine, this is a tedious process, but we can manage it with a little patience.

DO NOT attempt to withdraw the overpaid funds intentionally. Look at your accounts and determine what is right. All accounts will be verified anyway and your attempt will ONLY slow down the process and result in a cancellation of your request.

Missing Deposits.

Because the Database was restored from backup, New accounts created since the 2nd are having to be restored. But the deposits made to those new accounts are not going to be in them immediately. We will be manually crediting the deposits from ecurrency history. Again this is tedious, but we can manage again with a little patience. DO NOT create a support ticket for this. It will be completely disregarded until all manual credits have been completed. This may take 48 to 72 more hours. When we complete the manual credits we will announce that we are completed. If at that time you still have a missing deposit, which I doubt, then you may submit a support ticket.

Regarding Support Tickets: Please DO NOT create more than one! Once the Support Ticket is 'completed' , Please DO NOT reply with thank you or even a ^#$%#^%^%&$&%*&^ you! We have too many tedious things to deal with and the cooperation here will be fantastically appreciated.

Duplicates

Recently a conflict developed in our auto-reinvest feature that created a number of duplicate returns and referral commissions. Most of this has already been corrected. However, several members elected to take advantage of the situation and withdraw the excess amount that was incorrectly posted to their accounts.

While we understand human nature, we are unwilling to allow those members to continue as a part of this community. Any member, who has blatantly attempted to withdraw the excess funds, will find their account suspended, investments canceled and balances tallied. Those members, who have attempted to take advantage of the situation, that are in profit will no longer be welcome here. Those members, that have attempted to take advantage, that are not in profit, will have their principle returned to their originating account.

While we understand the error was not created by the members we also realize that we need to be able to rely on each other as a community. Without the mutual benefit of reliance and trust we feel the continued association with those that have attempted to take advantage is to our disadvantage as a group.

We have disabled the auto-reinvest feature until we can completely solve the error. All returns will post to your withdraw account. If you elect to reinvest, you will need to do so manually.

Affiliate Program

We have been conducting a new poll regarding the affiliate program.
The questions posed were to determine our continuation with paying referral commissions.

Based on the results of the poll, the amount of spam being sent by members, the overall dissatisfaction due to the abuse of the program and the reputation we are receiving because of that abuse, we are removing the referral or affiliate program.

The fees generated will now be directed to the Reserve Pool and used to pay the moderators.

The Reserve Pool will be used to provide the Guarantee as well as, by popular vote, participate in or take advantage of future endeavors.

Ecurrency Account # Updates

We have eliminated the ability for members to edit, change or update their ecurrency account numbers.

In order to provide additional security and assist members who have been subjected to personal infiltrations, this step is necessary.

From this point forward, in order to add, edit, or update and ecurrency account number, you must submit a support ticket.

In addition, accounts must be validated. Withdraw requests to accounts that have not been validated, either by deposit or via email verification, will not be allowed.

Don’t worry, 90% of all accounts are already currently validated.

Bank Wire Option

Due to the increased workload on the IT staff, Bank Wire may not be available until next week.

We are also working on a way for members who have deposited via ecurrency to be able to withdraw via Bank Wire.

#15 : PTV is Back UP

Greetings everyone; I sincerely apologize for yesterday’s downtime and glitches. The site is now back to normal and loading faster than ever! Basically; after a server upgrade at our Hosting Service, there were certain things not functioning properly, causing access delays. Since the problem was identified by our programmer during nighttime in Europe, he was not able to make contact with them till the wee hours of the morning, Central time. In the meantime, he worked throughout yesterday to do on the site whatever could be done to speed up access from our end.

If anyone had a deposit or withdrawal that did not complete properly, please submit a Support Ticket providing all relevant details and it will be addressed as soon as possible. Payouts were delayed during the site problems, and are currently being caught up, today’s payouts will follow as soon as yesterdays are completed.

The programmer we\\\'ve been paid failed to deliver us the script we wanted and the enemies couldn\\\'t stand to not tried to put us down. We explained already to members why the payouts were delayed and we think it\\\'s understandable as long as you\\\'re not thinking as a scammer. However, as long as in this online industry most of them if not all, are scammers we can understand members attitude either. We have two choices now: either those with pendings to wait for couple of more days so we get online the funds loaded already and the site to continue to pay, or to close the site, do an 100% audit and see who ever is not in profit to be refunded and close the site.They called us scammers for no reasons. We told them all from the begining that we are not online wizards but we know to make bussines offline. That is why we couldn\\\'t find the right programmer and we failed on this for now. If members will choose to give us their trust we will continue the payments and everybo dy will be paid into the end and a new script will be released for us by another programmer which hopefully won\\\'t be as worse as the last one. It\\\'s not that we are scammers, or not professionals but online working is something we learned step by step and appearently not fast enough for this kind of clients. We don\\\'t blame anybody for what they said and we understand them but it\\\'s just not true. The chance to continue it\\\'s up to our members now if they will have enough patience. So you choose.Also we would like to announce everybody that we give up the bank account deposits because they were too many who asked to invest with bank wire and requested payouts on payment processors. #5 : We start to quit E-GOLD.

As e-gold always blocked accounts, nearly all our e-gold accounts were blocked; even if we create new one, but it would get blocked once it were to received payment; it is very difficult to work with e-gold now. we have to quit e-gold, and now we are using LR and EB as primary payment processor. So, dear program admins, please pay via LR or EB as priority when you are adding your program to our listing.
